Many body styles were available, but the two-door coupe was by far the most stylish.
The Belvedere 2-door coupe was a top choice in 1965 and this body style allowed buyers to select a good-looking ride to enjoy year-round cruising. With historical significance, Plymouth Belvedere was a popular model and part of the competitive mid-size car segment. It contributed to Plymouth's reputation as a reliable and affordable brand.
Today, the 65 Belvedere is considered a classic car, and well-preserved examples are sought after by collectors and enthusiasts of vintage American automobiles.
It's worth noting that the Plymouth Belvedere was part of the larger Plymouth lineup and played a role in the brand's history during the mid-1960s. Vintage car enthusiasts often appreciate these classic cars for their nostalgic appeal and the design and engineering of their era.
